Stress can be the result of tensions at work, financial troubles, trying to live up to unrealistic expectations, not being able to effectively manage relationships and a result of many other causes.  People experience stress in the workplace and stress at home.

Stress is often experienced by the elderly, parents and children, specifically teens.  Periods of stress are a normal part of life.  A little stress can actually enhance performance.  Too much stress can result in health problems and can cause a major strain on relationships.
