This product uses the powerful scents of aromatherapy (comforting clove, calming cinnamon, and uplifting eucalyptus) to engulf your body in a gentle warmth to soothe aching muscles and help you relax.

This stress relief product can be used warm or cold and includes an herbal hug for your neck and shoulders, a sleep mask and a soothing Shea Butter body balm.

Warm Use: Relaxes stiff joints and achy muscles. Release the scents of Clove, Cinnamon and Eucalyptus by microwaving in one-minute intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Always test temperature before using; it should feel warm to the touch but never hot. Do not leave the wrap unattended in the microwave.

Cold Use: Reduces swelling, alleviates aches and pains and relaxes muscle spasms. Chill in the freezer for cold therapy. Seal the wrap in a plastic bag, and free for six hours. Then remove and apply wrap may be stored in the freezer until needed.

Machine Washable: Machine wash outer cover. Do not wash the aromatherapy pack.
