| Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils
Inhalation:
Essential Oils can be used by simply smelling them directly. You can
use a diffuser which releases and distributes the oil into the air in a
vapor. You can also place a few drops of essential oil on a tissue and
place it in front of a humidifier filled with water. As the vapor from
the humidifier is released, the essential oils are distributed into the
air. (Do not put the oil directly into the humidifier. It can cause
damage and will also not work)
Topical Application:
Essential Oils can be applied topically to the skin by simply placing
2-3 drops of the essential oil in the palm of your hand and applying it
directly to a desired area. When you place the oil in your hand, rub
your hands together ina circular motiopn 2-3 times and then massage the
oil onto the skin.
Essential Oils can be applied
to various arts of the body such as the soles of the feet, the ankles,
the neck, the back, the crown of the head, temples, behind the ears,
the abdomen and other life giving organs.
Internal Consumption:
You can add several drops of an essential oil to an empty capsule and
swallow it with water. You can also add a few drops of oil to a glass
of water, rice milk or directly onto the tongue.
Please note that therapeutic grade essential oils
are potent so use caution to avoid skin irritation. If you do
experience irritation, dilute the area by applying 100% pure vegetable
or olive oil. Lastly, make sure you read each essential oils' label
before use.
