At Reviyve, all purchases are
covered by my 30-day unconditional money back guarantee. If, within 30
days, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the product, and I
will gladly replace, exchange or refund (less shipping) the full
product price to you. NO handling fees!
SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders placed before 4pm EST, Monday thru Friday will be processed
the same business day. Any orders placed after 4 pm EST and on a
weekend will be processed the following business day.
Occasionally items ordered together may be shipped separately. “Out of Stock” items will be shipped as soon as available. If there will be a delay of 2 weeks or longer, we will notify you via email. You will not be charged additional shipping for back ordered items.
Parcels are shipped via First Class US mail with delivery confirmation. After your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
**Please
note that my Soy Candles will either ship via US mail or UPS. You will
not be charged add'l shipping charges. A flat rate is charged.
Magnetic Therapy Products are shipped via Fedex. For this reason, you
may receive your order in 2 shipments.
All Featured products ship FREE (Everything Over $100)
First Class Mail Delivery is 4 to 12
business days but can be faster, depending on location. Items shipped
via UPS or Fedex will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Shipping
is currently offered throughout the U.S. and Canada. Canadian orders
require processing via PayPal
RETURN POLICY:
- Please contact me
first before returning any product. All Returns and Exchanges must be
arranged within 30 days after delivery and assigned an RA# (Return
Authorization Number). I reserve the right to refuse packages without an assigned RA#.
- Please
return goods as securely as possible in original carton and packaging
and do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
- Please
include your Order Number and Date of Purchase, reason for return and
action required (i.e. refund/replacement) and RA # in the shipment on a
separate piece of paper.
- Ship via insured parcel post, or another traceable method. This is in your best interest as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
