1- What are common causes of stress?

2- What is your most effective stress relief product?

Each product is designed to relieve stress in a different area of the body.  The Suction Cupping sets  and Heating Pad Belt can relieve neck and back tension.  It's important to identify the area of your body that is tense and stressed.

3- How long after placing my order will the merchandise be shipped?

All orders placed before 1 pm PST, Monday thru Friday will be processed the SAME business day. Any orders placed after 1 pm PST and on a weekend will be processed the following business day. You can expect to receive 'in-stock' items within 3 - 14 business days. You are not charged additional shipping for back ordered items. If there will be a delay of 2 weeks or longer, we will notify you via email.

If a product runs out of stock, we will give you the option to either wait a short period until the item is available, or offer you to adjust your order. Regarding any back order or adjustment, we will contact you by email in order to confirm your request.

Currently, we ship throughout the Continental United States & Canada.

1- What if the Magnetic Insoles don't fit my shoes, even though the size is correct?

Insoles are recommended for use with lace sport shoes or sneakers. They can be trimmed down to size if needed.  Use your current footwear's insole as a template to trim the size.

2- What is the frequency level of the Fyola Facial Massager and how deep does it penetrate the skin?

1Mhz and when using the ultrasonic and galvanic ion modes together, the penetration of the outer skin layer is increased by more than 70% than when used alone.

3- When can I expect to results with Fyola?

Results can be seen in as little as four weeks depending on muscle tone.  Regardless of muscle tone, everyone will see results within ten to twelve weeks.

4- Are your massage stone pre-oiled?

Absolutely not.  Pre-oiling massage stones renders them unsanitary.  The stones are a naturally lighter color and when you wet them or add an oil during a massage process, they turn a darker, more rich color.  Stones that appear dark when first purchased have been pre-treated and are therefore un-natural.  You will never receive pre-treated stones from us.

5- Are magnets safe to use on the neck and jaw, areas close to the brain?

Magnetic therapy has been proven safe and can be used in the neck, jaw and other areas without harm.  There are certain conditions however for which magnets should not be used:

• If you are pregnant
• Wearing a pacemaker or have any implanted electromagnetic devices
• Use an insulin pump
• Use a defribilator

Also magnets should not be used on the abdomen for 60 to 90 minutes after eating to avoid interruption of digestion.  Lastly if you use a transdermal drug patch, magnets should not be used within close proximity of the patch because it will minimize the drugs effectiveness.
