April is Stress Awareness MonthThroughout the entire month of April, health care professionals and experts across the country will work together to increase public awareness about the causes, dangers and treatments for stress. Stress is a major problem in our modern day society and it's important, no critical to educate people about it's dangers. The Health Resource Network (HRN), a non-profit health education organization is sponsoring, Stress Awareness Month in a national effort to keep people informed as well as sharing successful strategies for coping with stress.
