It's true. You're never going to live a 100% stress free life. Things happen and there's no way to avoid that.
As women, we have a different set up issues we encounter that men don't typically have. (notice I said typically). Women are often the child rearers, home managers, and overall caregivers.

Managing yourself is by far the best way to prevent stress and it is a pre-requisite for managing time,
money and relationships.
Eating
too much (an imbalanced relationship with food) or doing anything in excess

which leads to stress.

Throughout the entire month of April, health care professionals and experts
across the country will work together to increase public awareness about the causes, dangers and treatments for stress.
Stress is a major problem in our modern day society and it's important, no critical to educate people about it's dangers.
The Health Resource Network (HRN), a non-profit health education
organization is sponsoring, Stress Awareness Month in a national effort to keep people informed as well as sharing successful strategies for coping with stress.
